This article reviews David Kennedy and William Fisher's (eds.) "The Canon of American Legal Thought" (2006) and recommends it to jurists interested in late modern U.S. legal theory. The work contains the principal works of U.S. legal theorists along with excellent synopses by the editors of each theme treated by the author's excerpted.
