Estate Planning Developments for Texas Professionals, October 2010

Abstract:
Over the past two years, the Supreme Court of Texas has decided an unprecedented large number of cases in the estate planning area. Some of the decisions expand and enhance the law, others explain the law, and one is shocking. This article reviews seven Supreme Court cases plus a few recent non-Supreme Court cases that are worthy of special mention.
