Abstract:
How China’s incipient antitrust regime applies to standard setting is a relatively unexplored question. In the past few months, however, a flurry of draft rules dealing with the antitrust/standards issue have been released for public consultation in China and the European Union (EU). This commentary undertakes a brief analysis and comparison.
