Globalization and Income Distribution Within Countries: An Empirical Analysis with Panel Data in Western WorldMiltiades N. GeorgiouIndependent November 24, 2010 Abstract: In the present paper an effort will be made to estimate econometrically with annual panel data the impact of globalization on income distribution within countries. The following countries are examined: Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Spain, Sweden and UK. The econometric model is estimated through the Eviews software package.
