Written Testimony of Kevin Cole, Dean, University of San Diego School of Law, Submitted to the ABA Questionnaire Committee For Consideration at Hearing on December 13, 2010, In Fort Lauderdale, Florida
Kevin Cole University of San Diego School of Law
December 3, 2010
Abstract:
This written testimony was submitted for consideration by the ABA Questionnaire Committee at its hearing on December 13, 2010, regarding possible changes in reporting requirements for placement data. It argues that the place for the ABA to focus is the mandatory reporting of salary data on a school-by-school basis and suggests some of the problems that would need to be overcome to implement such a system.
