Abstract:
Existence of phenomena such as unemployment and low earnings of the poorest social strata in both periods of recession and the economic boom, highlights the existence of root causes in society. Providing answers to the question: what are the causes and the solutions can be implemented to solve these problems? is the purpose of this article.

To ensure social stability, are given a series methods designed to increase the number of equity holders, competitiveness and firm resistance to fluctuations in demand.

Proposed changes are radical, and relate both to the capital markets and the work, ensuring social balance and sustainable growth.
