Abstract:     
Existence of phenomena such as unemployment and low earnings of the poorest social strata in both periods of recession and the economic boom, highlights the existence of root causes in society. Providing answers to the question: what are the causes and the solutions can be implemented to solve these problems? is the purpose of this article.

By examining the timing of emergence of unemployment as a social phenomenon, and making a foray into the future to identify the impact of technology on the evolution of unemployment and poor social strata are the causes of social disparities. To ensure social stability, are given a series methods designed to increase the number of hours needed to produce goods and services.

Proposed changes are radical, and relate both to the capital markets and the work, ensuring social balance and sustainable growth.
