Abstract

This paper examines the impact of Social Media in marketing, and the emergent specialization of Social Media Marketing. Considering Social Media’s emergence in global communications, it is essential to examine the importance of Social Media Marketing (SMM) in the success of organizations and businesses. The purpose of this thesis paper is to enumerate and describe the Critical Success Factors for Creating and Implementing Effective Social Media Marketing Campaigns.
