Abstract:
These responses were in connection with my November 30, 2010 testimony before the Subcommittee on Crime and Drugs of the United States Senate Judiciary Committee in a hearing titled "Examination of the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act."

The responses relate to questions regarding the following issues: the Siemens and BAE enforcement actions, FCPA enforcement and deterrence, and debarment issues.
