Abstract:     
In this article are discussed the implications that the analysis and evaluation of their work at the micro and macro economy and thus the general welfare of the population. Accommodate such links are proven - effect may first centralized in a single article, the processes of job analysis and evaluation of their impact on unemployment, economic development and ensuring social stability, health of people, processes implementation of organizational strategies, work organization, improving business results.
