Celebrating Thirty Years of the Pace Law ReviewMichelle S. SimonPace University - School of Law 2010 Pace Law Review, Vol. 30, No. 4, 2010 Abstract: Thirty years ago, the Pace Law Review published its inaugural issue. After two years of planning and hard work, the student editors released Volume 1, Issue 1 with the simple goal of making a "valuable contribution to legal scholarship." With articles on international disputes, state rule-making, and the use of history in judicial opinions, the first issue of the Pace Law Review set a standard for timely and relevant legal scholarship. Thirty years later, much has changed. But also, much has stayed the same. After thirty volumes and thirty years, Pace Law Review has continued the tradition of addressing contemporary legal issues and making a valuable contribution to legal scholarship.
