The Diversity Initiatives Committee of LWI was formed at the Biennial Conference last summer at Marco Island, with the goal of promoting more inclusion of diversity issues in LWI’s programming. The attached document, prepared for the upcoming One-Day Workshops, is one product of the Committee’s work.
This document contains 8 concrete tips for legal writing teachers (new and experienced) to use not only when crafting writing assignments but also for integrating diversity issues in the classroom. I hope you find it useful.
