This book is an update and modernisation almost thirty years later, of the classic Dekkers Treatise on Belgian Civil Law. It includes all of the law of obligations, evidence and specific contracts of Belgian law. It has been written with great respect for the original style of Professor René Dekkers: no nonsense, concise, to the point, not many footnotes.
