Venezuela: Uma Abordagem Antissistêmica (Venezuela: An Antisystemic Perspective)

Abstract:     
O artigo tem como objetivo analisar o governo de Hugo Chávez através da perspectiva antissistêmica baseada nos trabalhos teóricos de Immanuel Wallerstein e Giovanni Arrighi. A partir desse prisma são analisadas algumas posições do governo chavista no contexto latino-americano e internacional que configuram uma perspectiva pró-ativa na construção de um bloco histórico antissistêmico e anti-EUA.

The article analyzes the government of Hugo Chávez from the perspective antisystemic based on theoretical work of Immanuel Wallerstein and Giovanni Arrighi. From this perspective we discuss some positions of the Chavez government in the Latin American and international perspective that make up a pro-active in the construction of a historical bloc antisystemic and anti-US.
