พรรคการเมืองไทย ผลิตผลวัฒนธรรมทางการเมืองแบบไทย (Thai Political Party: A Result of the Thai Political Culture)

Abstract:     
วัฒนธรรมทางการเมืองเป็นปัจจัยหนึ่งซึ่งทำหน้าที่กำหนดรูปแบบของสถาบันทางการเมือง รวมทั้งพรรคการเมืองทั้งทางตรงและทางอ้อม วัฒนธรรมธรรมทางการเมืองแบบไทยจึงน่าที่จะมีส่วนเกี่ยวข้องและบทบาทในการหล่อหลอมให้เกิดพรรคการเมืองที่มีลักษณะเฉพาะ อันสะท้อนภาพวัฒนธรรมทางการเมืองของไทยได้อย่างชัดเจน ผลจากการวิจัยพบว่า วัฒนธรรมทางการเมืองแบบไทย มีความสัมพันธ์และเป็นปัจจัยซึ่งกำหนดให้เกิดระบบ รูปแบบ และโครงสร้างพรรคการเมืองที่มีลักษณะสอดคล้องและเป็นเนื้อเดียวกับวัฒนธรรมทางการเมืองดังกล่าวอย่างเป็นเหตุเป็นผล จนสามารถกล่าวได้ว่า พรรคการเมืองของไทยนั้น เป็นผลผลิตของวัฒนธรรมทางการเมืองแบบไทย.

One of the most influential factors is “political culture” which has an important role to determine the forms of political institution and political party both directly and indirectly. Political culture of a particular identity of the Thai’s has played mostly a significant role to establish and construct a unique identity of Thai political party which portraits an obvious figure of Thai political culture. This research finds that “a particular identity of Thai political culture” has an important role in the relationship and determines the form and the structure of the political party which has been akin to the aforementioned “political culture”. Thus, it can be inferred from this research that the “Thai political party” has been resulting from a particular identity of the Thai political culture.
