Implementation of EU Funding Projects at the Level of the Public Ministry

Abstract

The activity to attract Community founds at the level of the Public Ministry is a response to the necessity to increase the grade of absorption of these founds at national level, as well to the necessity of a better professional fornation of human resources, in order to achieve an act of justice that satisfies the exigencies imposed to a member state of the European Union.

At the level of the Public Ministry, starting with 2006, the implementation of European financing projects is conducted with success, by the present moment being attracted founds that amount over 10 million Euros.
