Designation Features of the Trading Company's Manager

Abstract:     
The designation of the trading company's administration bodies can be performed by incorporation document for the first managers, but also by resolution of the shareholders' general assembly for the subsequent managers, elected during the company's operation. It must be stated that the designation of the administrators by incorporation document presents importance regarding the revoking or limitation manner of their power, as these operations logically determine the modification of the incorporation document through which they have been assigned.
