Abstract

This paper looks upon the subject of administration of justice in the light of the Holy Qur'an and Sunnah and tells about the various appointments and how they conducted the cases. Independence of Judiciary, education and training of the Judges and the importance thereof has also been highlighted. Golden principles derived from the original sources are also discussed.
