10 Years of Dirty SoxMichael SihksnelHofstra University School of Law July 25, 2011 Hofstra Univ. Legal Studies Research Paper No. 12-05 Abstract: This paper compared the United States and United Kingdom's corporate governance, focusing on a 10 year retrospective on the failed efforts of Sarbanes-Oxley.
