Abstract:
Indiivduals who find themselves in the midst of marital struggles may need a divorce lawyer, or they may be looking for alternatives to divorce. Often such family law clients wish to preserve their family for the sake of their children, or to preserve family wealth. The family law attorney who understands real legal alternatives can make a tremendous difference. This article offers a simulation and actual contract language to assist couples in marital difficulties to rebuild trust toward family restoration.
