Reason, Companies, and Bureaucrats (in Lithuanian)Tadas KlimasIndependent January 7, 1998 Apskaitos aktualijos Abstract: Critique of Lithuanian law: according to the Lithuanian constitutional court, a sole proprietorship can be owned by a bureaucrat because it is a separate entity. This stand is criticized in a comparative fashion the bureacrat will always be personally liable, and therefore he will not be free from the need to maintain the type of control which the statute in question forbids.
