Abstract:
This issue of the Hastings Law Journal was devoted to the Uniform Law revision process, specifically the attempt to revise Article 2, which had recently become derailed. The Foreword that I wrote synthesizes the pieces that follow, suggesting that each represents an attempt to find an answer to the question, “Who Killed Revised Article 2?”
