Abstract:
It is worthy to note that talents, at most times, are mishandled, misused or become misfits, and consequently de-motivated or demoralized, they leave the company. In this paper, the practitioner-researcher explores and determines the key principles or guidelines of talent management. The vital questions posed and sought to be answered is: How can companies recruit talent? How can companies motivate talented individuals within their folds, and better still, retain them?
