Abstract:     
This paper explains the constitution and function of the International Criminal Court from Islamic perspective. Much guidance is available in the Holy Qur'an and Sunnah on the subject of justice and fairplay. Now when the world is becoming a global village knowledge is becoming available to all corners of the world.
