Abstract:
The complexity of the financial system leads to considerna series of concepts that the official doctrine has relegated out of dale official borders of scientific thought in terms of systemic organization: autopoiesis, communication, reciprocal causality. They allow us to approach the the organization and the financial system's functions in a new and radically rethink the project of reordering of the Supervisory Authorities.
