The Evolution of Company in Islamic Law

Abstract:
This article will show how the concept of corporation has evolved in Islamic law through ‘contractarain’ analysis. It will mainly explain the evolution in Islamic contract from partnership law to the development of organisational law i.e. corporate as response to changing social circumstances and economic needs.
