Abstract:
Indemnity and damages are some of remedies that may be claimed for breach of contract. In such a situation, it is important to understand the advantages, differences and the extent of liability in the cases of indemnity and damages. This paper provides a thorough understanding of the same in connection with the Indian Contracts Act, 1956.
