After the Meltdown

The financial meltdown that occurred in fall, 2008 was precipitated by egregious frauds that were committed in the sale of various asset backed securities. The article discusses those and proposes a regulatory response in line with the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform Act of 2010.
