We also classified these managerial activities into internal and external perspectives. The research findings show that; first, the power of prediction model varies from moderate to relatively high; second, contribution of managerial perspectives varies and depend on the definition of model and the difference economics conditions; third, external perspectives are superior than internal perspectives coping the problem in a turbulent environment.
