Abstract
The purpose of this research is to predict the short-term and long-term company performances based on four cores of managerial activities in different economic conditions. We also classified these managerial activities into internal and external perspectives. This research employs nineteen variables as proxies of four core managerial activities, which are also related with the two perspectives. The research findings show that; first, the power of prediction model varies from moderate to relatively high; second, contribution of managerial perspectives varies and depend on the definition of model and the difference economics conditions; third, external perspectives are superior than internal perspectives coping the problem in a turbulent environment. In general, research findings support the theory of resource dependence perspective.
