Competition Law and Policy: Global Governance Issues

Abstract
This article synthetisizes the debate on the need to address the issue of competition on global markets. It shows that negative externalities arise because at the same time that markets become more internationalized, market governance remains fragmented at the level of nation states. Remedies are considered.
