Abstract:     
Change has affected libraries in many ways in the past decade. In addition to ever changing technology, law libraries also now face budget and personnel shortfalls. To avoid being labeled as a "book repository" the author argues that library leaders must now be transformational change leaders by designing new customer service priorities.
