This paper presents a comparative analysis of the Information Economy in Developed and Developing Economies using Australia and Papua New Guinea. The paper presents a methodology to extract the Information Economy from published Input-Output Statistics. It compares the potential of the Information Economy using linkages, spread effects, multipliers.
