Abstract:
This Epilogue reflects on the Oregon Law Review's Spring 2012 Symposium, "Miller's Courts: Media, Rules, Policy, and the Future of Access to Justice." The Symposium honored Professor Arthur R. Miller with high-profile jurists, practitioners, and academics who, by presenting papers and sitting on panels, participated in an intense and substantive discussion of the challenges facing our media-saturated, increasingly restrictive civil justice system.
