Essay submitted in conjunction with author's remarks at Creighton Law School's Fifth Annual Symposium addressing the crisis in legal education and proposing that Jesuit law schools might help lead curricular reform through infusion of the Ignatian Pedagogical Paradigm's emphasis on experiential learning.
