Abstract:
This Symposium VII (The Cybernetics of the Operative Actions and its Inductions of a Renewed Human - Technical - Logical Outlook) had ten participants from Romania, Finland, The Netherlands. The ten participants were: the (co-)authors of the eight communications [according to the order from the brochure of abstracts]: ILIE Gheorghe, OTLACAN Eufrosina and Romulus-Petru, MOISIL Ioana, RENVALL Ari and ANDRASIU Mircea, van HEYST Eugene, ANDRASIU Mircea, BADANAC Gheorghe, BULZ Nicolae.

There were submitted the following original ideas (concepts, constructs, conjectures, cognitive proposals, etc.): Triad Security-Re_Structuring-Transition; Reflexivity Game (ILIE Gheorghe); Mathematical Model of an Cybernetic System, Distribution Lorent Schwartz/its cybernetic usage (OTLACAN Eufrosina and Romulus-Petru); Knowledge and decision Health Systems, Modelling the Dynamics of the Epistemic State (MOISIL Ioana), Encrypted Message, Selective Decryptability (RENVALL Ari and ANDRASIU Mircea), Computer-Controlled Communication Systems; Special Signature Scheme (van HEYST Eugene); Sharing Secrets Problem (PPS); Polynomial Interpolation in Modern Cryptography (ANDRASIU Mircea); Social Systems - Expert Systems; Interdisciplinary Approach; Operative Actions (BADANAC Gheorghe); Cognitive Systems Dependent on their own Decisional Equilibrium; Artificial Life versus Complexity of Mixed Systems (Human-Technique); Rational Subject; Stability/Evolution; Equilibrium/Profound Zone/Meta_ Equilibrium; Analysis/Synthesis; Satisfactory Level (Herbert Simon) - Meta_System - Neural Network: homogeneity-heterogeneity levels (po#pe) (BULZ Nicolae).
