This paper is a book review on Mortimer Seller's 'Republican Principles in International Law' published by Revista Internacional de Pensamiento Politico. While laying out Seller's central thesis and an overview of the book, the paper focuses on a critical analysis of his central claims concerning the necessity of applying republican principles to international law.
