Abstract:
This Article is a survey of the highlights of noteworthy sales cases from 2010 decided under Article 2 of the Uniform Commercial Code. Particular Article 2 highlights include the warranty cases of Teter v. Glass Onion, Inc., (formation under 2-204) In re Ebro Foods, Inc. (2-206 and 2-207), Lion Oil Trading & Transportation, Inc. v. Statoil Marketing and Trading (US) Inc. (2-202), and Kochanski v. Twin City Marine, Inc. (2-608 and cure).
