La Libertad Religiosa En El Sistema Interamericano De Protección De Los Derechos Humanos (Análisis Comparativo Con El Ordenamiento Jurídico Colombiano) (Religious Freedom in the American System of Human Rights Protection (Comparison with the Colombian Legal System))

Abstract:     
En este escrito se examina el contenido y alcance de la libertad religiosa en el Sistema Interamericano de Protección de los Derechos Humanos, así como la protección que los órganos de dicho sistema le han dado a esa libertad en particular. Sobre estas bases, en el presente trabajo se efectúa un análisis comparativo del régimen de la libertad religiosa entre el Sistema Interamericano de Protección de los Derechos Humanos y el sistema jurídico colombiano.

In this writing there examines the content and scope of the religious freedom in the inter-American system of protection of human rights, as well as, the protection that the organs of this system have given him to this freedom especially. In addition, in this work there is effected a comparison of the regime of the religious freedom in the inter-American system of protection of the human rights and in the juridical Colombian system.
