Abstract

This paper discusses strategies for integrating transactional skills instruction across the law school curriculum. The strategies discussed include teaching transactional skills in the basic legal writing course, upper-level legal writing courses, upper-level drafting seminars, and externship courses. Each author provides a unique perspective and practical tips for the inclusion of transactional skills in various classroom settings.
