Abstract:
Doctors cannot be negligent while they are carrying out their duties. The life of their patient depends on them. Again, every possible injury to the patient might not be caused by the doctor’s incapability or negligence. This is a situation where all cases should be dealt on a singular basis to determine whether such facts exist to make a doctor liable for his negligence. Pointing a finger to a professional is easy, but proving his omission is hard. The Consumer forums addressing the issue of medical negligence is a fairly new practice, wherein people are coming up with their complaints. But, it must also be kept in mind that such a complaint might not always have a real basis and the doctor has not been negligent.
