Abstract

In this short piece I undertake to situate the fields of law and improvisation, identify promising crosscutting themes and ideas, and finally explore various modes by which these strands of scholarship have been, and could be, realized with the hope of highlighting avenues of future investigation and encouraging further collaboration.
