Abstract

The series of lectures honors the contributions of two esteemed jurists that served together on the bench of the 2d Circuit – the Augustus Hand and his cousin Learned Hand, often referred to as the tenth Supreme Court justice. The speech is entitled Of Courage & Conviction: A Military View of the Federal Bench.
