'Crimmigration' Post-Conviction Claims in Nebraska: What's Old, What's New, What's Up, and What's Next

Abstract:     
The Nebraska Supreme Court decided a number of immigration-related ("crimmigration") post-conviction cases in the decade of 2002 to 2012. This article reviews those cases, distills the legal principles they establish, and forecasts what new issues the Court might encounter in the near future.
