Abstract

Russian Abstract: Монографическое исследование посвящено изучению удовлетворенности населения Челябинской области организацией и качеством медицинских услуг в основном сегменте системы здравоохранения в процессе реализации национального проекта «Здоровье». В основе монографии анализ данных двухлетнего (2007-2008) социологического мониторинга удовлетворенности целевой группы пациентов лечебно-профилактических учреждений области организацией и качеством медицинских услуг.

English Abstract: Monograph is devoted to research of satisfaction of Chelyabinsk region population with organization and quality of medical service in the major segment of health care system at the process of realization of national project "Health". At the basis of monograph is analysis of two-year (2007-2008) monitoring study of satisfaction of target group of patients of medical and prophylactic organizations with organization and quality of medical service.
