Is It Unethical to Evade the Estate Tax?
Robert W. McGee Florida International University - School of Accounting Journal of Accounting, Ethics & Public Policy, Vol. 2, No. 2, pp. 266-285, Spring 1999 Abstract: The ethics of tax evasion has been relatively ignored in both the accounting and ethics literature. The recent work that has been done in this area has focused primarily on the ethics of evading the income tax. This article builds on that literature by looking at the ethical questions involved in evading the estate tax.
