Abstract

The historical evolution gave to each nation its own state-building preceded by the formation of its central administration, which were followed by the process of management of the country’s setting up.

A system of law is conditioned by that one of the state as an organism. Therefore, a review of the evolution of Romanian law must necessarily begin with studying the rudimentary forms which put them into practice in the same period within the first type of state’s coagulation of the current territory of contemporary Romania: the Geto-Dacian state.
