Abstract

Russian Abstract: Во второй половине XVIII – первой половине XIX вв. российская абсолютная монархия осуществляла специальное правовое регулирование организации и деятельности традиционных судов. Узаконенное действие обществен¬ных примирительных процедур и упрощенный порядок судебных разбирательств облегчали работу государственных судов, став объективным этапом формирования единой правовой системы Российского государства, условий для становления общих норм и стандартов правовой культуры.

English Abstract: In the late 18th and the early 19th centuries the absolute monarchy in Russia realized special judicial regulation of traditional courts’ activity. Legal activity of public conciliatory procedures and simplified course of court examinations commuted the work of state courts, becoming the objective stage of the forming of unified judicial system of the Russian state, conditions for organization of general norms and standards of judicial culture.
