Abstract
The following article is devoted to a problem of human resources management effectiveness including methods of staff work estimation, integration of enterprise automation systems and planning process. The author suggests CRM strategy implementation in order to face modern HRM functions as human resources nowadays become strategic asset of an enterprise and CRM strategy applied to HRM involves interaction with employees and individual approach that are necessary for talents development.
