Abstract

Russian Abstract: В статье исследуется влияние образовательных реформ на развитие кадрового потенциала учебных заведений. Показаны основные результаты и проблемы проводимых реформ. На основе данных социологического опроса проанализировано мнение педагогов общеобразовательных школ Вологодской области о модернизации в образовании и ее перспективах. Выявлена мера тесноты связи между отношением педагогов к образовательным реформам и факторов, определяющих социальное самочувствие населения.

English Abstract: The paper analyze show the Russian reform in education influences the development of teaching stuffs at educational institutions. We show the major outcomes and problems of this reform. The analysis of the opinions about modernization of education and its perspectives obtained by our polling the teachers of general education schools in the Vologda Oblast is presented. We also determine how tightly the teachers’ attitudes to the reform and factors of Russians’ social feeling correlate.
