French Abstract: L’analyse d’un texte d’Alfred Sauvy de 1983 permet de comprendre la méthode utilisée par cet auteur et les fondements stimulants qu’il propose. Cela n’empêche de souligner les différences de contexte entre 1983 et 2008.

English Abstract: The analysis of a 1983 Alfred Sauvy text for understanding the method used by the author and stimulants foundations it offers. That does not stop to highlight the differences in context between 1983 and 2008.
